Paid $125 upfront fee plumber here less that 30 minutes. Two weeks later received notice of denial for repair l. I will be canceling my contract immediately

Coverage is poor - I pay all of this money and you don't cover the items that need repair. Difficult to work with. The paperworks needs to be perfect or you wont do the repair work.

No repair is considered an emergency, even though our AC quit during a heat advisory and under no circumstances can I choose a repairman that can offer immediate repair, even though the appointed contractor can not make it out for days. There should be exceptions to emergency situations, I found an HVAC company that could repair within one day and is probably less expensive than the contractor that was chosen by this warranty company. It took almost a month of no heat in my house to determine I needed a new furnace. Then it was going to 2 weeks before they could replace my furnace. The process takes too long in emergency situations

Refused to fix an obvious problem (6 inch hole in radiator as source of a leak/flooding of a room) and wouldn't escalate to problem when asked and then hung up on me.
