Customer Service terrible. Reps have trouble speaking English and only read a script.

The office personnel took a week to replace our water heater while their office kept us at bay while the leak penetrated through the ceiling onto the carpet and walls. The excuses were unacceptable & very un professional! Respectfully; CMDR HJP

I changed a bulb in my hood. When replacing it it arc’s and a wire burned out. You wouldn’t cover a repair/replacement since I changed the bulb. The alternative, pay you $125 to have a service tech come out to replace a bulb which costs less than $1.50. Just a scam.

I would leave zero stars if I could. Have been without heat for 4 days and the company they sent had a delay and no feedback regarding diagnosis. AHS refused to pay and had to get another company out to fix. Complete waste of money!

The air conditioning company that was sent out did not fix the problem. They weren't open on the weekend. My condo has been leaking water for 2 weeks with no resolution. Company is coming 5 days after I put in request.

I have had mostly positive experiences with AHS, and intend to remain with them if possible. They seem very accommodating and ready to help. However, I felt that the vendor they used to replace my water heater was a total rip off. They want to charge $615 to replace a $500 tank!!!!!
