I have to call all the time just to get service. They don't have any service companies in the area that my rental properties are in. It has taken them 10 days to not get a tech and finally give me authorization for an outside vendor. It took 22 days on another property for authorization on an outside vendor, and I am still waiting on another authorization for another call. They refused to refund the $75 I paid for a service to check out my air conditioning unit. He lied, as proved by the second service tech from another company. The potential scammer told me my unit only had 1/2 pound of Freon, and that AHS would buy my another air conditioning system. Then he added that they would not pay for any of the $2,000 + installation charges. My first experience through AHS has been rocky. I've called and apparently given false information by multiple representatives, told by AHS that a service charge would not apply (even after they had my info and plan pulled up) yet I'm still being hit up for a $100 service fee. In the short time I was with AHS my fee was raised twice. The last raise was substantially more then reasonable. $62.99 total. I was told it was because the contractors raised their fees. I had to change home warranty Companies because of the fee increase.

Good service, one issue... I had work done at my residence. The work caused water damage and neither AHS or the contracted agent will not take responsibility for repairs.

Taking 2-3 weeks to actually get things resolved is beyond frustrating my dryer went out and it took 3 weeks to get someone to my home and then right after my washing machine went out and I’m now on week two since I filed the claim and IM STILL WAITING
