You cannot understand customer service, and they are always willing to blame the contractor for miscommunication

I moved into my new home recently and the first time I used the sink in my master bathroom, I noticed the drain stopper was pulled up. I released it, only for water to start dripping below the sink under the cabinet. I closed the drain stopper again and when I did, it came totally loose from under the sink. Never did replace my Air Conditioning. Never sent information that they said. I spent 3 weeks without Air conditioning in Florida with the temperatures over 90 degrees everday

My AC has been a problem. When it stopped working we were displaced for 3 weeks. Between parts and two different contractors. Then we also had to pay 2 deductibles for the same issue. I purchased the best policy with American Home Shield. My refrigerator stopped working and I called on January 27, 2023. 2 weeks later a service man came out and told me the COMPRESSOR needed to be replaced. I need my Washer fixed. You tried to send out a AC and heating company they never showed up. I called you you said I had to give them 48 hours to respond. It is a heating and AC company. Now we are going into Week 3 with my washer still not working.
