Sometimes my calls aren't returned to handle business, work hasn't been complete in timely fashion. Also, items should've been replaced, that have been broken, for months, and Tech(s)/repair people have been to my home for weeks.

Poor customer service, poor vendor resourcing, poor follow-up. Rarely am I on hold for less than 20 min each call and rarely am I transferred less than 4 times after getting through to a representative. Very bureaucratic policies for handling failing appliances. We’ve called repeatedly to remove a vendor from the list of options and they continue to assign the same vendor and refuse to let us change it. I have been a customer of AHS for years and had not ever had a problem getting my products serviced or replaced when needed. Until recently, I had 2 vendors come out to check my washer that was making a loud noise, placed service request early Feb, 2nd vendor came out when first vendor failed to diagnose the issue, 2nd vendor came out, it's been 2 weeks and still no follow up that it will either be fixed or have to be replaced. Don't know what's going on now, but seriously thinking about taking my business elsewhere.

You should have training personnel handling the phone to trouble shooting phone calls. It cost me 125 for a technician to come out to reset a gfci. That is ridiculous.

Bad overall service. The company and their subcontractors think that the clients do not have access to google and cannot figure out the fair market value of replacing an AC.

It takes forever to replace things, and you pick out bad reviewed venders. You charge way too much from us too, almost as much as just paying from our pocket. I don't understand and you guys pick out the cheapest things. I just think you care nothing about home owners but only care about making money off of us.
