Before getting the insurance, I had particularly informed the salesperson about the types of equipments I have in my home to make sure that the insurance plan I was getting will cover all of them. The insurance agent assured me that all the equipments I mentioned are covered in the policy for repairs or replacement(the call was in a recorded line so AHS can find it and verify) I was not presented a policy before I paid which was a month later after I signed up for the policy. called about ceiling fan being really noisy. contract says it would cover all parts. service call was made and the contractor said there is still noise so contractor would submit for replacement. no follow up from AHS. I called twice, first time they said they would call back within 24 hours. no calls. I called second time, agent said it's not covered afterall and won't be replace. DON'T RECOMMEND THIS WARRANTY IF YOU NEED REPLACEMENT It won't be replaced.

I called and complained about a certain company and technician being dispatched to my home for issue with my washer and the disrespect of the repairman. As a result this company was placed on my no call list. I was told this had happened so I called a few weeks ago to put a request in for my washer and dishwasher. Found out that the same company that was placed on no call list was dispatched to my service request. Well they paid for replacement of house hold item, but the you the costumer will have to pay the reminder of the replacement bill. It's feels that you are working with a auto mobile warranty, they paid for the park of the out plus you end up paying for labor and extra part.

Plumber sent a quote without details of repair. We are not confortable paying for repairs without details. We know the leak location is something they found but since we’re paying customers we would expect more detail so we can understand how the repair will be made and what a warranty period there would be.

Multiple issues with contractors. Dealing with one now. Electrician here in June did no work just assessed then marked job as completed and I paid for nothing.

You have denied a claim for my washing machine without cause. What a crappy loophole. And you charged me the $100 deductible to screw me.

Still being charged for a house that was canceled several years ago. When called home shield said they would refund. They never did and I'm still being charged for that coverage and the current coverage on my current house. I have been double billed for about four years. I have email records etc. was told not to cancel the old house until resolved because I would lose coverage on my current house as well.

AHS has not held the contractors responsible for providing timely service hence repairs remain outstanding without proper communication from AHS and Contractor
