I ended up having to pay out $1500 of pocket costs for mistakes made by an AHS contractor. I disputed the costs but had to pay them to get my heat fixed during the winter. I asked to be reimbursed since the problem was clearly the fault of the contractor. AHS basically just chose to ignore me. Every time I call I’m told I’ll receive a call back and I never do. I’ve asked to speak with someone other than the customer service people and I’m always denied.

I would give them one star but that is not an option on your site. I have been a customer of AHS for 8 years, but I am about to cancel my mermbership for the appalling service I have received from them this week. Despite many attempts of trying to get someone to assist me with my garage door opener I have received no service and no resolution. I had to pay 125$ then get some one to do the job, pay him and then send bills to you. Why do I have to pay you and then do your my.
ive realized how you all work sending a low rated vendor to deny my claim and give me another vendor for a 2nd opinion . Even though the 2nd vendor felt my issue would be reason to replace fridge 1st vendors opinion overrides 2nd vendors. once a claim is denied then why send out 2nd vendor if there claim is overrides 2nd vendor. you all have a method to your madness. I have called them repeatedly regarding a contract issue snd have been assured on 3 separate occasions that I would receive a call from the corporate office. I have filed complaints with their customer service reps with no action.

While the people who did the actual work were very good, I am really disappointed in AHS. We have been using them for almost 30 years and the cost has dramatically increased and the level of support from AHS has dramatically reduced. We will not be renewing.
