ABM came to my home to check out my oven that had cough fire. He never called before he arrived Eric was in my home 6 minutes took 3 pictures of my oven and said he will order the parts. I asked him to check the computer panel to see if it works or was damaged by the fire. Without checking it he said it was fine and left. I took the panel off and you can see it was burn . The plumbing contractor was looking for a big money job. He had a lot of good suggestions. However, what he said to me and what he wrote on the estimate were 2 very different things. AHS doesn't want to cover my systems because"its not normal wear and rear? That's highly subjective. And an excuse to not cover basic services. Very frustrated. The only good one was the rekey. Otherwise, Im wasting my time and hundreds of dollars.

Call center was not helpful, spent hours on the phone several times. Stove was not repaired or replaced for several months, I still don't have a stove. Also, they finally approved replacement with a far less quality stove and I have to pay almost $400 for installation fees. AHS should have compensated me for the installation fees and they should refund my premium for 5 months since I am not getting the service I paid for.

Last May I had to buy a new A/C unit because AHS kept disapproving, not paying for whatever services/repairs, etc. was need it for my unit. To make things worst I have to start paying almost a $100 per month on my new contract starting in October. I am seriously considering switching to LifeTime Home Warranty.

You guys told me to confirm an out-of-pocket amount that was quadrupled an hour before the technician came, and all you could say was “sorry”. One of your representatives told me that I should call AHS to confirm the information I get in your emails. I had to make the payment, as I hadn’t had hot water in two weeks waiting for the plumber to arrive. I’ll be canceling my plan.

I paid my deductible they weren't able to fixe my plumbing they still my$100 I'm on working g man

I had one faucet fixed and they dropped the option to have another one fixed. I’m going to cancel. I pay for two houses which obviously have more than one faucet in them.

AHS fixed my dryer and everything went good. However, my hot water heater started leaking on July 13th, 2022. When I called AHS, they assigned me to a plumbing company which was very professional and good. After that is when the problem started. I was without HOT water for 3 weeks before the tank was delivered and brought to my home for installation. First the water heater was too big for the space where it had to sit. The box was damaged and the drain spout was sticking out of the box. With these things occurring, I refused... read more
