it took 3 weeks to get the work order. I had to call three times to remind them of the urgency. The plumbing company was not helpful . Its staff broke our cordless vacuume cleaner.

As soon as i created a request a tech came in and put in an order for replacement. From here the tech started to quote extra work calling them as modifications, so insurance wouldnt pay and i have to pay from my pocket.. The best authorization team of AHS suggested me to request cash out but to determine that amount, they again went to the same tech.. My hot water heater started leaking badly. I called AHS immediately and was advised it would take 10 days to fix it. The leak continued damaging my garage. I called AHS again and they recognized that they were the cause of the delay, but still would not pay to have my garage fixed. Unbelievable. So despite them causing the damage by their delay? I recently dealt with one of their AC contractors (SameDay Air Repair) who not only over charged me for refrigerant but also I have doubts anything was actually done.

Requesting a provider is a hassle. It’s difficult to understand some of the customer representatives and they are lacking customer service techniques or listening to complaints. I’ve been over billed for service calls that I now need to straighten out and I’ve been putting it off to the strained communications with employees. The first plumber assigned to me did not show, Anywhere Plumbing and I was charged $100.00 for the appointment that never happened.
