American needs to employ vendors that are trustworthy and professional. I have dealt with some horrible vendors coming into my home. One vendor tried to get money from me and did not do the work so I hired my own plummer and paid out of.my own pocket and american home shield would not refund my $100 hundred dollars deposit. I'm really considering ending my contract with them. I reported the vendor and nothing was done about it. I like how the company got someone out to do the repairs and it was very affordable! However the technician came in March after the work order was placed in February. Then he didn’t come back until April to fix the refrigerator! That was a long wait!
