We have had 2 plumbing problem, which was a blockage, and the person who came out guessed what our problem was however wanted to sell me a 2 way cleanout the first time and the second wanted to dig up my floor to fix the problem with a $7,000.00 bill not cover by AHS. We got a second opinion plumber that said he could not tell us unless he put a camera thru our pipes, which is not covered by AHS. It turns out it was a clog pipe and show us 3 times how the pipes did not have any root problems.

issues unresolved since 5.3.23. told must be upgraded and have waited 3 wks for AHS to do so. I call them every other day and they say that they are awaiting upgrade (within cust svce dept) and it has been requested (since 5.5.23. Cannot get any answers or help

sent a company to only service one of my air conditioners and expected me to schedule another appointment on a separate day to service my second AC UNIT AND CHARGE ADDITIONAL 100 DOLLARS .I CONTACTED THE COMPANY AND THEY WERE NO HELP IN RESOLVING MY PROBLEM . I WORK THEREFORE ITS DIFFICULT TO HAVE SOMEONE AT THE HOUSE TO MEET. THE TECHNICIAN. Terrible service, refrigerator will not be repaired for 8 weeks because of parts order. Claimed back order. Called LG and they can send someone with parts available within days to complete repairs. I asked for replacement or rental, l have gotten a response.

Took forever to get correct parts from Delta and the plumbing company wanted to charge me $185 to install my new kitchen faucet that Delta sent . Price pluming said since it took 3 months for Delta to finally get it right that it was past the 30 days time frame and American Home Shield would not honor my contract saying it took to long they agreed with Price Plumbing plus I also requested a master plumber for another claim and Price plumbing refused to send one out and AHS didn't do anything about it. I give zero stars. I’ve been very very disappointed with the service I’ve received from AHS. I’ve been waiting over 2 months for a reimbursement check that I was told would take 14 to 21 business days. This is completely unacceptable. I just made another service call and still can’t get any help. I definitely would NOT recommend AHS to anything.

To be given the run around regarding my washing machine and it's still not resolved from July. It ridiculous. I had to wait 2 years for a resolution regarding my dishwasher.
