I've been waiting for AC service for over a month in 100 degree weather. This company is impossible to work with and you care absolutely nothing for your customers. This is evident from your robotic non-communicative customer service reps. to your unreasonable policies, concerning outside vendors. This company is the worst!!!

Because AHS is not listening to me or the problem. Right now they have left me with a bad breaker box with a faulty main breaker with the possibility of a fire. They want me to pay again for a seconds opinion
It is very irritating how they go up on my plan every year, when, for example, I only used my plan once last year... And they didn't go up a few dollars - AHS went up $50. AHS only cares about AHS - their customers are an afterthought.

They were fast on getting in touch with a contractor it's just the contractor that we're still waiting on still no air and now they said it would be another 3 weeks

The contractor they have repeatedly sent out has been total garbage. Can't find the problem yet constantly asks us to pay for additional parts and services to fix an issue that doesn't result in a solution. They do nothing about it.

Wow I just got an email that said my monthly payment would go up $10 AND the service fee will also go up $10 for another year renewal. And of course no explanation of the price increase. What a great way to treat repeat customers.
