It's been 2 weeks and now I have to find a contractor and I asked for supervisor and never got one because I got a different answer every time I call and still don't have a appointment

LA Appliance Service is pretty much a scam and should be taken off your list. They do not answer their phone and their Google rating is 1.6. I will call you shortly.

I have had the same issue with my AC and they won't replace my unit

We have paid $39.99 a month for the last 6 years for this service. We have used it twice, and both were horrible experiences. The service providers they sent out were extremely rude, and lied both times regarding the findings and outcomes of the dispatch. American Home Shields customer service is absolutely no help, and did not take our complaints seriously.

IT took over 6 months to get my dryer and I had to keep calling you. Why wouldn't you call me at least weekly.

I feel like they interpret their contract badly and find ways to deny coverage.

Never had such bad experience trying to get things fixed had to spend 7100 on a new AC unit they couldn't order the right part and had to spend 1500 on a hotwater heater told me two to three weeks to get it fixed

I can't get them to send a reliable electrician. I appealed first decision and am waiting for the second vendor to contact me.

The communication with American home sheild is terrible . I have called multiple times to talk about my problem ans every time I get no where . When I ask for a supervisor they tell me there is no one available. My pool heater is still not working properly.
