Call center is horrendous and appalling. You should be ashamed of this operation and shouldn’t be allowed to get away with paying people in the Philippines pennies to dump your phone calls into a dead end void. Also, you sent an electrician to my home who caused a leak and damaged my ceiling below. But you don’t care because you got paid. Not renewing and giving negative recommendations to anyone who asks. I don’t want to waste any more of my time, so that’s all.

Monthly cost increases every year. Have had to utilize for claims and there is always a long wait if you have to call in. They will replace with subpar products or damaged but read the fine print as it is disclosed. Gave me the run around for 3 months trying to replace my broken water heater. Currently researching alternatives for when my contract expires.

They need to tell people that they dont replace broilers, that they only replace furnaces. This was not disclosed to me from them. I assumed that it was a full replacement. All other coverage's are cool . Also i never recieved my refund of money paid to a vendor they had who charges for everything i have complained and still complaining about Unity heating svc and they still tried to send him out to fix my heater . Quality Air hvac are great!

After two visits, the problem was not fixed and I ended up having to hire someone to replace a covered A/C unit

We have been waiting on hvac repair for over 6 months now. Our stove has been broken for weeks as well and I hVe only 3 burners to cook for my family. Ahs assigns a contractor then you rarely hear from them again. Ahs reps are hard to get in touch with, know nothing useful about your repair status, are often hard to understand, and usually punt you back to the contractor.

Heater should have been replaced! 22 year old heater. Not a happy customer. Will not recommend AHS …in the future to anybody…. JK
