They only used subpar contractors. I went 30 days with out air conditioning in AZ during Simmer and it was never fixed. They even wanted me to pay a fee if I wanted to cancel my contract with them!!

First time they came out for rekey was great. Second time went to website and it's not working. I tried calling and on hold for an hour. My AC unit is not working and very difficult to reach anyone.

They charged $75 sent technician to the house. The technician charged $185 to fix the faucet, he said it wasn't covered under warranty. If so then why send technician and charge $75 deductible?

This company sucks! I have not had a working oven since Sept 2022 and have had so many service calls i have lost count. Now i have a new oven sitting in my dining room, no oven in my kitchen and have had no attempt to contact me to do what is necessary to install my new oven. Terrible customer service.

On or about 8/23/2022, 1 week before we were due to move, our hot water heater overflowed and flooded our laundry room. We immediately turned the main water supply off to the house and called AHS. After not hearing anything back from them by the next day (the 24th), we contacted AHS and was told that because of localized flooding in our area from heavy rains that they could not find a contractor to come out. The process that it took to get my air conditioner replaced was tiresome and unneccessary. According to your policies, it never should have taken so long. I tried last summer to get it replaced and could not get it replaced. Finally this summer, I was able to get it replaced after paying another $100.00 deductable after the same company said that it needed to be replaced last year. Had a call in for washer repairs. The repair tech came out on June 27, 2022. He stated there were some parts that needed to be ordered. Today is July 29, 2022 and my washer has yet to be repaired. I also don't know the status of those ordered parts.

Not helpful in resolving my issue. I have requested for 4 months to gave my dead husbands name removed from emails and texts that I receive from AHS. I get the same response. I will following with the back office. Meanwhile, it continues to happen and each time I receive emails addressed to him it causes great stress on me.
