March 28, 2022 I submitted a service request for my washer and dryer to be repaired. The technician from Greenway repaired the dryer but had to order the part for the washing machine. Supposedly the part is on back order. I was told by American Home Shield I would get a replacement. It's September 2, 2022 and my washing machine hasn't been repaired or replaced.

The customer service people are misleading and do not follow through. And they tell you there is no supervisor to talk with., and as of today no supervisor has every call me back.

Give you the less possible to replace your items
Our disposal died. I reached in to see what the horrible noise was and a chunk of metal came off in my hand. I put in the claim. They responded and a new one was immediately installed with no problem. My husband enjoys crushed ice in his drinks. The ice bucket part of the ice maker has a rusty auger and does not sit right in it's cradle. It won't produce crushed ice. The worst customer service and horrible contractors. It took me 6 weeks to get fixed. I called and cancelled, but still got charged.

My mechanic was told not to purchase the original part recommend for my BMW X6, and had to wait a week and half calling AMS several times to get the manufacturer water required for my BMWX6. Finally after a few calls he was able to repair my automobile with the factory recommend parts.

Recently had two issues. One was plumbing and was unable to get it repaired for two days. Would like to have multiple companies to choose from so we could have had issue fixed earlier. Other was dishwasher. A Tech came and adjusted everything but problem returned (like he said it might). He said he was putting notes to order part if problem persisted. When Tech came back out, he didn't have parts. Would like for companies to read notes when returning to home.
