A.c. problem 3 weeks ago. They had Hansen mechanical respond. The tech was great. The office personnel are the worst. Called me a liar after they sent a message they are mot returning to fix the noise in the furnace because they did not work on it. AHS hasn't followed up on this repair or found out the problem since this happened.

the first repair guy, miss identd the problem after that I waited 2 weeks for parts I did not need. The next repair guy fixed it minutes with a part from his car. Then sent the parts back I did not need. air guy fixed it in 10 miutesair guy was great in 10 miuntes

My rating is low mostly because of Home Shield Co. This has been going on sense August For my refrigerator part. The agreement is for finishing a job and getting parts, in 30 days. Now I have called several times and the operators don’t seem to know all the answers, they just say the part has not come in. Now in order for me to get more answers I have to get really mad so they will give me a supervisor, who can get me more information. Even they are limited, again this has been going on sense August.

I called looking for a seasonal maintenance service and the representative named Jed had an attitude in his voice for no reason. I was irritated from the start of the conversation and never received help. Called another provider which was very helpful and friendly over the phone.

I can at best give only a 2 star rating. This is the 3rd time in the last year and a half I have had a technition to our house for the same problem with our refrigerator. Our refrigerator has had high temperatures which after 4-5 days will return to acceptable levels. Recently the temperature reached 64 degrees for several days before returning to the high 30's. I was again charged $100 for the service and nothing was done.

There customer is horrible, most of them don't understand English well they never expedite my to a supervisor. The coat is not worth the services I receive. This a billion dollar corporation. The CEO of Frontdoor needs to do a under cover investigation or I wondering if already this company sucks I would never recommend to a family or friend 15years ago I would now never

I've had 2 service requests. One was great, the other not so much. When calling to address the issue there is no resolution or reasonable attempt to resolve the issue. I've twice asked for a supervisor and not been connected with one nor received a callback from a supervisor. Additionally there's no way to voice my concerns about this particular service provider. This means there's no recourse for the lack of satisfactory service and they're able to continue in this manner.
