Terrible customer service and my problem wasn't fixed

2 weeks after a service call to replace refrigerant in 1 unit neither unit is cooling

It took American Home Shield almost 3 months to get a contractor to finish a job. Never would allow me to get another vendor to get the issue resolved. They repeatedly allowed the contractor to drag their feet for almost 3 months and we were in a home with no air in the the middle of summer. By the time the work was done, fall and cool weather had kicked in.

My rating is based on the service compared to the cost of service that I service that I receive from AHS. My monthly payment has increased significantly twice within 2 years. I have reached out bur have not heard from anyone.

It is a shell game. Different repairmen sent for the same problem over a four year or so period.

Your customer service department needs help. You have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They like to make sure that you don't take surveys by staying on the phone line so you hang up and don't give them a rating. If you don't hang up they will call you on another line to try to make you click over and not get the survey or transfer you to a voicemail. I have had this happen at least three times.
