I paid HWS for the entire year. Unfortunately for us our A/C was blowing out hot air, the contractor that came out could not repair the unit and said that they sent a diagnosis to HWS and HWS claims that they never received it. This has gone on for almost a month with temperatures ranging from upper 79's to mid 90's. The technician has been to the hos 3 different times with no solution. The use a plumbing company that tried to rip me off. I had to get a second opinion to get professional service. I complained to AHS and their rep didn't care about my issue.

I have had many problems just getting feedback from AHS, getting a solution to my problem, and really have received no help thus far in resolving. After more than 35 days I still have the same problem, cannot get a call back from AHS or the vendor, and have called almost every day for 3 weeks. The resolution and customer service has been a complete failure and I am still calling to try and get help.
