Response was very good to my complaint, however, the AC tech did not resolve problem and indicated I needed a whole new system even though it is only 2 years old. Would not recommend the AC company.

The service was quick and the communication was great. We were surprised to learn that there were “modifications” that were not covered under the warranty to replace our water heater. We ended up paying way more out of pocket than expected (in addition to the service fee).

I really want to give them 0 STARS! They did not meet my expectations on the basics: communication, follow-up, getting my problem solved and sense of urgency. I'm a new home owner and WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THESE GUYS WITH YOUR BUSINESS! I'd rather pay a bit more money for a peace of mind.

Before the first time my experience with American home shield has been a nightmare trying to get my washing machine fixed it was so stressful that I finally just hired my own repair man and paid out of pocket to fix the washing machine these people that use for outsourcing when you call there in the Philippines Aruba and most of the time you can't even understand them when I talk to a gentleman in the Philippines he was so belligerent and rude he couldn't even hardly speak English yet he was going to try and interpret the co... read more

The company they assigned us to MYERS comfort could never get our air conditioner fixed. We were without air for 3 weeks after 4 service calls. We ended up paying a reputable company to get it fixed. They told us we need a new air conditioner but for American home Sheild to pay anything we would have had to wait another 4 days for MYERS to come and dx the air conditioner needs to be replaced. We were tired of being hot and feeling bad.

I dislike the fact that ive been a loyal customer with you guys for years for 2 of my houses and have decided to increase the same exact plan ive had with you to $20 more a month. I plan to cancel and get a different Home Warranty company that does not take advantage of loyal customers. Also, I’ve had issues in the past with some companies you guys dispatch to my home, some have even been disrespectful to my mother that was reported.
