Contractor did not repair appliance and took my payment. AHS did not honor the incomplete work!

30 minutes wait to talk ot real agent. Faucet in bathroom option was removed online after my faucet was replaced in garage.

We had to get a new washing machine (which was free from AHS), however it came without a pedestal, so my elderly mom & aunt are having difficulty getting the clothes in & out of the washer. Now we can not find anyone to install a pedestal for a reasonable price.

AHS decided to reject my service request (after having charged me a full copay) for a malfunctioning garbage disposer because it contained coffee-bean grinds. Just does not make sense to me!

I had an experience where a contractor was told to call me upon arrival in order to be let in the apartment building to service my A/C unit. I took off work twice to be home. The first time the contractor didn't show and Ii received a call after the supposed arrival time causing me to lose a whole day's leave. Lots of poor contractors that do not fix the problem when they come out. My sink is still not fixed from a year ago.
