They sent a shady company to my home, a company with known bad reviews. When I complained that the company dis not complete the work and was extremely unprofessional, AHS showed no concern. They refused to send a different company and my issue was never resolved.

Did a seasonal maintence check and was charged 2 service fees for my AC. 1 for inspection and then another for them to replace what was needing during the inspection. Also had another experience with emergency and wouldn't reinburstment me cause it wasn't one of theirs who couldn't come out immediately.

Everytime I call no one knows anything. Managers say they will call you back in a hour or 2 and never respond. I needed a new appliance and was put off for weeks. I have spent over $2,000 on new appliances because they can't get there stuff together. I never seem to have a good experience with them.
