Service requests have taken weeks to resolve. For example, I made a request on June 14 and I still do not have a contractor. Getting anything done takes repeated calls

contractors were good. Prices kept going up, overall not good value. Limit of $1500 on HVAC

I have the most extensive and expensive plan they offer. They raised my price and stopped covering my free standing ice maker

I am very disappointed with AHS. 80% of the Customer Service people are incompetent. Especially when you get people from India. They have no idea what they are talking about. They cannot help with anything. They cannot escalate any issue you bring up. On the other side the AHS itself is doing everything possible to get you pay out of pocket for your claim. I had American Home shield for some year and theyt make you go through too much red tape to file your claim. I don't recommend.

Can't seem to get an issue resolved; spoken with 7 reps and have had 2 companies come over already and a 3rd is scheduled!!!

It cost $1150 to have my ac charged,plus a $100 service fee, ahs paid a whopping $50 towards repair, Hardly worth paying a monthly fee

Things are not going well AT ALL….the hot water heater stopped working last week and I called in, as my renewed membership stated in the contract… got a response from a plumber about 24 hours later with an appointment for 48 hours later. When he came, said he made an adjustment and the heater would have hot water in about 30 minutes. Never happened so called AHS and they noted the fix had not worked and advised calling the plumber directly. Dislike that I pay a monthly fee then each time I have a problem with the same appliance they charge $125. So on my dishwasher I paid over $500 plus a monthly fee. So total over $800 for just one appliance to get fixed for the same problem. And they had three different repair companies to service the dishwasher. So no I’m not very happy.
