The sink in my half bath was leaking and the garbage disposal in my kitchen sink wasn't doing anything. The young man from the plumbing company that American Home Shield assigned to do the work was very efficient, knowledgeable, and respectful. I was all together pleased with the work.
Experience was very positive, overall. I wasn't thrilled with the idea of waiting a week for parts but the weather cooperated with very mild temperatures so everything worked out great. Both technicians were very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. The repair was completed with minimal disruptions.
The rep with the cash In Leu was very thorough
Super easy to contact and they do the rest. I called one morning regarding my A/C unit and had A/C by 2:30 that same day!!
