American Home Shield replaced our 13 year-old washer and dryer when they couldn't be repaired. I was very happy with the choices I was given in the selection process. There was someone from AHS, Maria, called me evey day until to update me on the progress! Very happy with AHS!!
Everything from start to finish went extremely smoothly & very quickly.
The technicians they sent have been overall knowledgeable and pleasant and when they weren’t they were replaced and the finished work/repair was very successful.

The initial service was fast but the wrong water heater was delivered which caused a delay in hot water. The rep was honest and kept a good line of communication. However I am still awaiting the old water to be taking away and it’s been a few weeks now.
I love the constant coverage, but the new fee of $100 instead is one of main reason I joined the AHS since reitiring from the military, but unfortunately with the way the economy is going I have bee looking into other businesses who can provide same great coverage but it's affordable
The company that was sent has come by twice and yet have not found problem with washer but they still trying

Wasn't able to fix my problem, but was able to eliminate the electrical questions so now I can address the real issue.
