SLOW! Unresponsive! 2 to 4 hour hold times to speak Only with Overseas representatives! My 1st claim on June 11, 2020 has still not been resolved after almost 4 months!
I am waiting 2 weeks to get a response from vendor to fix my appliance with no answers

They got a worker out here heating and air. Because you can smell something like wires burning and he said it was not a job for him. He wasn't here 5 minutes and I still had to pay $100 for the visit. And $100 for the next guy who said that he can't do anything without an error code present. So that visit was only less than 5 minutes.
They sometimes send out sub-par contractors and lots of failures are not covered. Won't be covering my next home under AHS

Terrible phone service. Took 30 minutes on hold for someone to answer, then 30 minutes on hold while rep was "calling the Service Provider", then line went dead.

Three service requests while with AHS. All service providers were unqualified to repair items. Items included pool plumbing (still leaks after visits), Refrigerator (had to find a different repair company to fix, Furnace (unqualified for multi-zone systems). In each case I was charged for service never completed and in each case I had to find other repair companies at an additional cost. We had to live without heat for a week with my wife being a 67 yo just sent home from the hospital after major surgery, because they would not get a simple part locally. It seems to have to come from their warehouse somewhere. The Tech and phone people were very nice but do not expect rapid fixing of your problems

Replaced my conpactor but not with the same model. It doesn't seam to be the same quality.
