They are taking way to long to respond and approve repairs now. Not like they were in the past.

Being waiting on installation of appliance for a while. I had to call multiple time to try to get someone to Install it. I held each time for 1 hour and 39 minutes just to be told to reach out to my service person. I have called the assigned service person 3 times a day and countless messages and have not been able to reach anyone yet. So know I have to call AHS and hold for 1.5 hours to let them know. Happen often. So frustrating. AHS does not contact you to see have you been serviced!!

You didn't get that last star because the telephone interaction is horrible. I waited to update my service call on hold for 25 minutes and this is unacceptable.

Not impressed with price of service when need AC service

They rarely resolve my issue without significant expense. The replacement value is never accurate. The hold time for calls is extreme. There is no way to complain or ask for a different contractor without paying an additional service call fee. The work is only guaranteed for 30 days. If there is a problem on day 31, you have to pay another service fee. Once my contract term is up, I will be cancelling and finding a different home warranty company.

My AC unit has given me problems from 2009. My out of pocket now to have it fixed is one thousand dollars. The most expensive components are left for the homeowner to pay.
