I purchased my home October 2019 and have filed 4 work orders to to stoppages in my plumbing. On the 3rd plumbing visit, the contractor suspected a separation in my plumbing just outside of the foundation. AHS denied the claim stating that they only fix issues under the foundation. On this last plumbing visit, I paid $200 to have the technician run a camera in my lines and he confirmed the separation outside of the foundation but he also found 2 additional separations under the foundation. Scam, will fight tooth and nail to take your money and not actually do any work under contract. Terrible customer service as well. Contractors that show up 2 hours later and are high.

Poor customer service! Use of contractors that are incompetent! When an appliance needs replacement they keep sending one contractor after another out to try to get a non replacement diagnosis. They offer replacements not at the brand you have: Wolf oven, they give you a replacement cost for a GE. How are you to be satisfied with that!

Not only do I have to stay on the phone for at least 1 hour - it's never a next day repair. We usually have to wait about 2 to 3 days.

Unfortunately, this company is living on their past reputation. I have been with AHS for many, many years and always received fairly good customer service. That was in the past. Their customer service now are people who don’t speak good English and are very hard to understand, that is if you wait on hold long enough to finally speak to an agent. The vendors they use are substandard and get less than 3 star reviews on YELP. They are scammers, charging the customer for “uncovered” and “unnecessary” repairs so that they can “do... read more

I would put 0 stars if I could. I just bought a house and found out my AC unit is too small to completely cool down the house. I've been using a window unit since I moved in a few weeks ago. I paid $75 for a service fee and when someone came out they said since it technically isn't broken, they won't do anything. The tech they sent, plus one I used before, both said we needed a 3 ton unit and the 2.5 was too small for the house. I've called AHS multiple times and get different answers each time. Communication is difficult. No feedback from service provider in many cases. Information within my account is not adequate. Very difficult to speak to someone who really understands what I'm asking and who can respond adequately.

When I made the initial call it was great, serviceman came out same day. Said AHS would replace washer. Here it is over a week later and I have not gotten anything from AHS. After waiting for over two hours on the phone Tuesday I was finally told that I would get contacted. That the replacement department was still working on claims from 7/6. I just have to wait.
