If we have a problem, it rarely gets fixed. the first time. We end up paying for several visits for the same problem. It takes a VERY long time to get service. We are so dissatisfied that we are looking into other companies. We still have two issues that have never been fixed. .
Horrible customer service. Repairman out last week. States dishwasher is too old and costly for repairs so will report back to HSA for replacement and they will contact me within 2 days. Ha! Ya, right. So I attempt to call them. Customer service takes all my info from her scripted questions and then transfers me to the replacement department where I stay on hold for about 1 hour 14 minutes. Finally, hang up. I have been without a refrigerator since mid November with no resolution
Finding parts seems to take a long time. Was without a clothes dryer for almost a month.
