I had a terrible time spending literally hours fighting for a claim to be honored. We had a leak under our home that the warranty company sent 3 separate plumbers out for. None of the 3 were equipped to do the job. I had to hire a 4th plumber and came out of pocket $11,300 for a slab leak. I notified the warranty company every step of the way however they refused to pay anything. They are good, but we have to wait one hour on the phone for customer service to answer the phone.

It took two weeks to get someone to check my air conditioner ( they lost the request) the people they sent said it was fine, I just got home from vacation and it is frozen and hot.

Service provider did not fix the problem. I indicated that on follow up survey. No way to contact AHS to have it resolved. Wasted $100

Waiting on Phone to connect to an agent for 2 hrs is not what you call customer service.

They did well on my other claims and they failed on the two claims I had with them. Poor customer service. No prompt response to my concerns. It stopped on their customer service which doesnt do anything other apologize. No resolution on my two other claims.
