I've had a issue I've called about that still hasn't been handled and the company basically takes my money and don't care.

called in a request for service was given a contractor who is 4 hours away in another state. tried calling him without any results. tried to call every number listed was put on hold over 30 minutes without contact. very poor service will be going to another company suggest anyone thinking about this company just try to call customer service

So, I originally called because our AC unit ran non-stop all day. Something was not right. The heating and air company came out and checked it out and said everything was fine from their testing of the unit and temp of air coming out of vents. They did state that the compressor could be going out or ready to go out. After they left, I put my hand up to the vents around the house and extraordinarily little air was coming out. Still waiting for the job to get completed . He ordered a part to install in our kitchen light fixture one two weeks ago & we're still waiting on that and the garbage disposal outlet. Meanwhile we have light in the kitchen.

I think this is the 3rd time now in just a few months that our refrigerator's water dispenser stopped working. AHS has sent out contractors-- I won't even discuss the previous issues, but this time, I called the main number and could not get in contact with a human being! No matter how many times I said "representative", it just kept ignoring me (i found out about an hour after all this bulls--- that the magic word is "agent."
