Horrible. Wait times are excessive. Can be over an hour. Less than two if you are lucky. I have waited a week to get a service scheduled. AHS says that they don't have a provider in my area, but before they admitted this they gave me the name and number for a company that doesn't seem to be in business. It has now been a week, I have reached out by phone, email and facebook. Cannot get resolution. Call center tells me that everything is just fine and it will be resolved in 24 hours... but it never is.

They do take care of you .. but being on hold for 45 mins was frustrating..

A simple hot water replacement. Its a long story of failed communication between A-1, the Plumber, and AHS. I reserved one day after another missing out on work assignments. Extremely frustrating and disappointing

The $43 Monthly Premium Fee And $100 Service Fee Is Too High.
Customer of AHS for over 12 years. In that time, they went from a very good service oriented company that repaired and or replaced items as expected. Our upstairs AC was replaced about 10 years ago along with our dishwasher, dryer and this past winter downstairs furnace. However, since 2017, we’ve been stuck with a perpetual leaking AC unit which AHS clearly states they do not pay for a large majority of R22 Freon.
