I'm very upset with AHS at the moment. I just received a notice that my rate is being increased by approx. $250 per year. How is this possible? I'm considering cancelling

This is the 2nd claim I've filed and the problem still hasn't been resolved. The first issue we had the repair man showed up and stage for less than a minute before he told us nothing could be done. We called out a different repair man that we paid for out of pocket and he fixed the problem instantly. It was a waste of $75.

I used to love them. Joined again because of it. But with the terrible service/follow through, I'm very angry. On my 4th call right now (each promising a follow up but not delivering). The rep has put me on hold for the last over 50 minutes to get to a supervisor and has not checked back in the last 30 minutes. As for what I think this survey is for, the associate said they would call me the next day between 2-3. I made sure I was available, but no one called me.

Once I was able to get a customer service rep on the phone, AHS was able to get my repair expedited. Unfortunately, it took over 45 minutes to connect with an actual person.

Plumber cracker my toilet tank while attempting repair. It has been 3 weeks and still waiting for toilet replacement. Plumber won't call back and AHS is silent on the sidelines.

Wish I could give it lower. We have been with this company American Home Shield for over twenty years. This last one is the one that Broke the Camels Back. This is the worst company I've evar delt with The contract comes to the house first statment is we have to charge you for four pounds of gas OK i've got my own gas Oh no we cant use that gotta use ours $100.00 a pound Got another contracter So now I have been waiting for my Four hundred dollar check for six weeks Customer service is the worst all script readers Stay away ... read more

They Always use the cheapest, least qualified, slowest contractor to do the job. The contractors have minimal skills in every area. Their repair methods are sometimes very questionable.
