It just doesn't feel like they select the best contractors to handle some of their service calls.

Ac broke and they sent a company over that said home shield will pay for the compressor and labor but I still had to pay a thousand. Basically trying to recoup money. I asked for a buyout and was told I would hear back within 24 hours it’s been 6 days . I called and they stated they are behind . Meantime it’s 95 plus humidity in Texas and still no AC.

I had to keep calling back for services to be completed between the Pool Repair company and Electronic company

Outrageous! 3-5 hour wait time? This is fraud . This is breach of contact . If a technician cannot repair and item needs to be replaced . Good luck . They put u into a 3-5 hour cue into the so called appliance purchase department, hahahaha . They never answered. Stay away for

Long delays once repairs are approved if parts have to be ordered and even if no parts are needed. Need to streamline the process radically. They do take cate of things but today it has been a week since i have had A/C and it is 100 degrees outside.

Technicians were helpful. Explained to me they could replace a broken compressor BUT I would have to pay $1250 for the refrigerant to recharge it. He Explained most people aren't aware of this. No thanks.
