I haven’t had a working dryer for four weeks and it’s still not fixed. Not the kind of customer service I expected

Absolute scam of a company. Completely unprofessional, and solely aimed at making it difficult to actually get a competent repair performed. Had 2 appliances "repaired" right before I got deployed overseas (I'm active duty military), and returned home to find that after a few uses they were both right back to where they were before the supposed repair. But of course because it had been more than 30 days they would only set up follow-up repair service if I paid the $75 service fee for each, again. This on top of the $575 init... read more

Because of the timeframe and the multiple representatives I spoke with.. Additionally, your contractors will be your downfall . Please review your contractors ratings..

When we purchased our home we were told American Home Shield covered all major parts of the home. Our kitchen sink was replaced before we moved in. With 20 days left on our contract the sink fell. Yes..FELL. There is a 2 inch gap around the back half of the sink. Our first thought was GREAT we can use our home warranty! I filled out the claim request online. There was no option for 'sink' only faucet, so I selected that. It gave 2 options of what was wrong, neither of which applied so I selected other. I paid the $75 service... read more

Claim they will replace broken appliances but are only willing to keep putting bandaids on them.

Wait time on hold is terribly long! I waited 3 1/2 hours on the phone because we had issues that needed to be addressed regarding our refrigerator.

$75 per problem. They said they can have three problem fixed at the same time (with that $75 per visit), but the plumber that showed up said he can only fix the toilet but not other problems (sprinkles, etc.). So it means that for three different problems they call three different people/company and that could cost $75x how many problems. I don't see a point of buying the insurance

Lack of communication/ knowledge and poor contractors. Took 3 days for someone to come out for a leak that should of been an emergency and he put a clamp on which made the pressure build causing 2 more leaks in other areas. He came back 2 days later and they wouldn't fix it because the pipes are welded. Took 9 days for my AC not working and 3 different contractors. 1st one had pins in his knee so he could crawl, 2nd one told me i should of had a ladder but since i didn't he couldn't get in the attic to access anything.
