My tenant called me she was very concerned for the AC unit filter, and asked me if we could change it. I said sure and I called AHS and they scheduled Crystal air Inc. air-conditioning company they came they looked and left cost me $75 fee for nothing service, the technician didn’t call me ask me for the additional Cost of filter and labor to pay, they just left. I will not renew my contract which will expire in 6 months. It takes 58 minutes of waiting before AHS picks up the phone.

My oven has been out since July. It's now November. They offered me Cash In Lieu Of (CILO) for a part they can't find. My oven is only 5 years old. If American Home Shield cand find the part, how do they expect me, the customer to find it. It states, specifically, if AHS can't fix the failed equipment they will replace it or offer $3,000.00 cash. Getting them to replace the oven or the cash is like pulling teeth. My name is Humberto Branco. This company is terrible, I payed for the company to come to fix my split ac and the company technician didn’t know how to fix it and walked away with no solutions. I have been a member for four years and when I needed them they were incompetent. This happened September 8th, 2020 and I am still waiting for my refund after I called 3 times. My air conditioner is still broken.
