They did a good job until the last time we used them. The vendor never did give us a price and Home Shield was no help
Always a hassle to get the repairs covered and a wait for parts and a 2nd service call to repeat repair

I still have an old furnace in my basement that AHS paid to have removed! I have called AMS to have the vendor to 1. Return the money for work not completed, 2. Pain another vendor to remove the furnace. This has been going on for a year, and AHS just ingnores my request, never has a follow up call with a supervisor as I have ask for repeatedly either!!! Two. visits by tech to correct problem and resulted in additional damage.
The customer service is horrible. They sent a technician out to install a dishwasher purchased through them, the technician installed it but left saving there's a leak with it so I turned the water off to the kitchen and I'd recommend changing out your water line to a braided one. Without turning the water back on, a leak developed that ruined the hardwood in the kitchen and AHS says they won't cover the modification to the braided line so that the same company can come out and fix the leak they caused in the first place! Poor resolution outcome, bad experience with my dishwasher, had to called about 6 times, every time they said something different, ended up paying a second opinion and a plumber call, $75 each claim, should I bought a new one instead. Not happy at all.
