Customer service reps are from are not Americans and fail to understand everything in the conversation so a lot is missed in explanation of questions customers have. They cover parts of systems (i.e., not all parts in a tankless water heater isn’t covered but they will tell you the system is covered). It’s not all bad, but your wait on the phone will be long and the coverage will be vague. It’s hit or miss.

Had a terrible experience with my first claim. Customer service was awful, waited on extended hold times to talk to someone and couldn't get a straight answer from anybody.

Though professional, the response to problem resolutions are slow or extremely delayed leaving customers feeling ignored.

Incompetent phone agents & appliance contractors that AHS provides unless you have an inside connection who can provide better contractors like Sears.
