Have a little bit of a communication problem with your associates.
Not worth a red cent. Try one of the other companies. I've been trying to cancel and I only get the run around. Like. . . hung up on every time after waiting over an hour for a low paid employee to simply lie and then hang up. Call this number (800) 858-1922 and see how long you have to wait . . . might as well put it on your blue tooth or speaker, because you'll be waiting a while. If everyone did this before signing they wouldn't. I give them a flat out 0.
Stay away from AHS this the worst company I have ever seen. They are stilling money from customers. Do not expect from them to repair something in your house.

It took them over 6 weeks to repair my air conditioner in the middle of summer, because the diagnosis team would not conclude I needed a new air conditioner. Also no one I spoked to on the phone when I complained could improve my situation. I made many calls and it was incredibly frustrating. Sometimes I was on hold for over and hour and then my call was dropped. On more then one occasion the customer service representative had a difficult time communicating with me. They have some of the worse vetoes that tru to give you the min. Knowing they can get more money on other calls
I've called for service twice now and both times my issues were not resolved. Yet I still paid $100.00 each time.
