Unreliable companies sent out for some service calls.
Terrible company! I have three plans with AHS and will be cancelling all of them. This company lies about replacing home systems and have left me in South Florida for over three months without air conditioning. They keep promising to take care of it and now have let me know they will not cover my system because of corrosion and "neglect"! The system has been maintained yearly and the outside unit is going to corrode, it is Florida!

They Need to have more Appliance contacts and better follow up on them
I had a heat pump that had a problem. They had someone come out but I never heard back from the company on next steps.

The worst experience ever. We had it for one year. Had a horrible experience with a heater that needed to replaced, the contractors sent to our home were the worst and we filled complaints but nothing was solved for us. $1560 out of our pocket later and the most irresponsible customer service ever, we had it and canceled our policy for good.

Because of the amount of money you pay each month and nothing happen to your home say over a year and when you finally do a claim like a certain item on my pool and they say its not in the contract to be covered that sucks. Ig it wasn't for my wife I would move to another home protection company.
A technician was supposed to come to our house on October 28, 2020. I canceled the appointment on October 27 because I resolved the issue. I called AHS and the contractor to cancel the appointment. AHS took out the $75 service fee from my bank account. A week later I did not see the refund for the $75. I called them up and they said it may take 7 - 14 business days for me to receive the refund. They only pay for a very minimum amount of work to get done, even if you weren't made whole after a claim.
