I was without AC for over 6 weeks, they kept sending the same company out that never could figure out what was wrong. We requested a different service company but was told that he was our only option. It took me filing a complaint with the BBB to finally get them to agree to send someone else out who was able to fix the simple issue in minutes.
I’ve been a customer for over 10 years. The level of service have deteriorated. This past month, I’ve had issues that they would not resolve even though it’s covered in my warranty. Customer Service representative would not elevate my concerns... just overall poor service.

Customer services reps are a joke! Could not explain why I had a 10 % increase last year in monthly fee, followed by a 20 % increase in fee this year. With the pandemic you would think they would not have an increase at all for minimal. When rep could not explain, she just put me on an endless hold. Not very respectful!
If I could give this company zero stars I would! Refrigerator broke three times, three service calls, the third call I was told it was unrepairable. The service rep said he would report the status to AHS. Two weeks later, no response. So I call again! After waiting more than an hour on the phone, a customer service rep informed me that three options were available, 1) a Best Buy gift card, 2) select a new fridge from an online catalog, 3) A giftcard with credit. Honestly, AHS only repairs 3 things out of 7, unacceptable for a new home owner- nothing ever seems covered- thought about suing
