I've been very disappointed in AHS, overall. They are extremely difficult to get ahold of, and while the process for requestiong service looks easy, it is actually very difficult to get competent answers to questions. The policy with AHS was written into the contract when we purcahsed this home, but I no longer have the time or patience to use their "services".

Poor communication and follow through. It took almost 3 weeks to get my water heater replaced. Nothing was in writing. The approval process was a horrible experience. The plumbers were great.

Coverage is poor and customer service is difficult to contact. Waited over 1/2 hr to speak to a rep. Also, my rate almost doubled in price.
