Not happy with service company outsourced to do work

They cancelled our service call without letting us know to fix our heater. This happened mid/end of October that they were supposed to reimburse us out $100. We never cancelled our service they did without telling us! This happened when it was very cold in our home! We had to personally get with some one to fix our heater. We still have yet to receive our money when they told us we should be getting it. Overall they are good but could definitely improve customer service on the call in features. Long, long, long wait times then you get to deal with a scripted foreign representative who is very courteous but unable to handle anything out of the script.

Several times there is a long wait on hold when you need to talk to someone that can answer a question that you can't get answered thru the website.

AHS rep. could not confirm or definitely deny coverage for repair. Absolutely no follow up after service call. It’s now 21 days after service call and we still don’t know the status of our coverage , or if a repair is going to occur.
