Expensive for what you get and I don't like that when we sold the house we had to pay a cancellation fee! What the heck, do you think we want to continue without a house! Crazy!

Because I do not like the part where we pay every month and when we need you we still have to come out of pocket for more than expected. Instead of putting it in small print you should highlight it more. For what you are paying for those two part you could have just purchase a new one since my main parts needed replacement. I pray that I am getting all new parts and not refurbish parts.

The agent did not include all the services on my order and now I can't get in touch with a manager or an escalation specialist to resolve the problem. I haven't had hot water in nearly 2 weeks!

I am very disappointed with the quality of service of American Home Shield's contractors. I recently had my covered refrigerator repaired out of pocket as American would not assign a trustworthy contractor to perform the repairs. I was without a refrigerator from Jan 6 to Feb 27.
