Terrible customer service; no means of communicating online and long wait times on the phone; difficulty resolving issues

I put in a service request for my pool on 3/28. I received an email from the vendor stating they were backed up and could not come til 4/12. My contract states the vendor will come out within 24 hours and this has always been the case in the past 9 years that I have been paying for this service. I researched the vendor and found horrible reviews about them on multiple sites and the BBB. I contacted AHS and requested that another vendor be assigned to my work order. AHS is only as good as the vendors that they send to you home. Unfortunately, their vendors are paid a discount to their normal rates so many of the top vendors do not elect to participate. Worse, if a poorly performing vendor does come to you home and fails to do a good job, AHS has the worst customer service you have ever encountered. I am currently waiting in excess of 60 days to get my dishwasher fixed and AHS refuses to put my on with a supervisor. Came home from a trip and my AC was out - in FL & it was 92 degrees in my house. I called the service number and was blatantly lied to be a rep that sounded like I had woke him up and he was eating! Refused to pass me to a supervisor, didn't explain any of the process. Called back after his supervisor never called back and was told by this rep that this is process - they will contact a local contractor and that contractor has 4u hours to contact me. IT'S FL IN THE SUMMER!!!

No way to contact supervisor. Supervisor won't return call. I had terrible contractor sent by AHS and AHS gave me insane run around to get a different company.
