Overall they cover the basics but their companies may not be as quick in finalizing the fix as a homeowner would like. I literally had a AC issue with prior issues of slow leak of refrigerant that caused issues. The truck shows up after 3 to 4 days of scheduling time with no refrigerant to refill the AC with. They we waited another 3 to 4 days for them to return. Overall, we were about 3 weeks without AC during the summer months. I'd rate them higher if they could cover just one routine maintenance of an appliance for the first time you move into a house. Essentially just to verify that something is safely working.

The claim system is prejudiced against person-to-person contact. And the voice prompt system is poorly designed.

They need to hire companies that know what to do to fix problems

Worst experience ever. First tech to fix my a/c unit was a straight up crook. I was supposed to get a call from a mgr and still waiting. You should not have to wait over an HOUR for someone to answer the phone and when they answer the call quality is HORRIBLE!! Asked person to call me back and she said if I call you back it will be the same thing- Really Lady? Waited all day for technician to show up unbeknownst to me the washing machine tech cannot fix my fridge or dishwasher but the phone person did not set it up that way.... read more

This is the worst excuse of a company I have ever faced. 7 months. Still no cooktop. Hello, I am writing out of sheer frustration. We have been without our cooktop since July. It has been repaired 6 times since July and it has currently been out since before Christmas. They have even sent out an electrician who found no fault in the electricity supply to the cooktop.
