I have been waiting 5 weeks for my Refrigrator to be fix and AHS have call to follow up on the open ticket or replace the Refrigrator

Run and find another company. Multiple issues with every interaction. Nothing is ever covered after you've paid the service fee. Technicians who never want to do their job. Last issue before I canceled involved SWAT Plumbing changing for basic services. What the fees are for no one could tell me. Took them a month to tell me I needed to pay. Waited for callback from a manager for two weeks and it never came. Sat on the phone today for 2 hours and still no manager as the rep hung up the line after placing the call on hold. Had to argue my case when replacing a refrigerator. Paid $925 for refrigerant for my AC. AHS paid $50.00.

I had bad experience w/customer service last fall. We needed our refrigerator fixed and dealing with the outside of of the United States customer service was very poor. First 1 rep I had trouble understanding their English and the rep refused to transfer me to another rep or even a supervisor. When I told them the 2nd opinion company could not come out for about 5 weeks (this was for a refrigerator repair) at first they did not want to give me another Company. It's been a little hit-and-miss so far. I have placed 2 service requests. Both were filled relatively quickly. However the first - a home heating tune-up - was pretty badly managed. We never heard that the technician was being scheduled - so he in fact showed up completely unannounced. Hours later we got an email telling us he'd be there that morning. Well...he was! We just didn't expect him and were totally unprepared. So was he. We didn't get the tune-up checklist until that hours-later email, so we couldn't evaluate wheth... read more

They don't disclose all of the exclusions of your contract up front. They need a larger pool of contractors so you don't have to wait so long for service

While I enjoy knowing AMS will fix my issue they always take the cheapest route to fix the issue. When my AC went out they required a second opinion to confirm what their first vendor recommended! While I get that, the issue was getting the 2nd opinion took 2 weeks and then by the time the part was ordered and came in I was without AC for a month. Recently my heater went out and the tech found the issue to be a defective Nest thermostat! Not a big deal but they would only replace the thermostat with the cheapest one they cou... read more
