Did not repair or replace my washer and dishwasher. Some so called claus in contract. About unforeseen circumstances with old equipment. That can be mechanically checked. Should have been stated when purchasing warranty. I was misled into this purchase. Paid a $100.00 service fee with no results. Real ripoff all customers service reps are hard to understand. Even heard a rooster crowing in the back ground very odd. PLEASE stay away from this Home Warranty Co.

One quick interaction and I will never come back. Needed to cancel a contract - called a special number, waited 40 min, got connected to a person who asked me 50 questions, recited 20 reasons to stay with AHS - and then said he has no authority to cancel my account and that i need to be connected to someone else. Obviously, the next person didn't know anything and started asking me the same questions. First experience took forever to actually speak with representatives. I then spoke with rep today to renew and change my policy. I was informed that the better policy was only for "new" customers. Wow! That REALLY shows how your company feels about repeat business and customers.

I wanted my dryer cleaned so I called and spoke to one of the clerks. I explained to her what I needed, she said no problem the service tech would only clean up to the wall. I was responsible for the rest. I said ok. when the service tech showed up he said that was not accurate so I had to pay an additional $100. But when he left I didn't see the $100 dollars on the receipt. I just feel like I was scammed and I have used my warranty several times in the past. I have been without heat for over a week I spoke to a rep on 1/27, he stated my furnance should be here by 2/2. No furnance and now I'm told my furnance will not arrive until Friday 2/5. In my area this weekend we are expecting sub zero temps.

American Home Shield charged me $100 for a service charge and never refunded me when we canceled service. I have reached out multiple times and you can not get someone on the phone. I have also emailed them. I finally got someone on the phone today and the connection is so bad on their end, it ended my call and they have not called me back. Is this business serious or a scam?????
