my first service concern with ahs was with my washer and dryer service request began in November2020 parts orderedand came back after parts arrived still partially fixed more parts ordered return and install ordered parts to dryer its running but still stalling when turned on cant get dryer to work so order more parts cant locate parts call ahs and they say looking for parts cant find after weeks of calling ahs now says parts on back order will be available March2021 so now its March 2021 and there are still no parts not und... read more

They try to get out of repairing or replacing covered items any time they can find a way. Their service reps they contract look out for AMS best interest and not the consumer.

Try to call there service no.1-877-489-3659.it took me 2 days for an answer Look up any A.H.S number.You just get the same thing They don,t even have an Email address. Now my story. They were negligent in contacting me when my delivery date changed. The date changed twice.
It takes me a too long time to reach someone for help. Ready access to customer service is important.
Dishonest business practices. Quick to charge for services that have not been disclosed with the customer. Technician writes up a report to customer that is different than the report that it submitted to the company. AHS representatives have no abilities to resolve issues that are brought before them that is not on their script.
