1. Misleading: Was told at sign up that I could choose my contractors (not true at all). 2. Poor customer service: Have contacted customer service three times with promise by rep that there would be a call back. Never happened even when one rep gave me a specific time that I would receive a callback. 3. Terrible contracted service providers. Terrible customer service, communication barrier (really broken English), horrible wait time because they don't have enough contractors. Waited almost three months to get an air conditioner. Always horrible wait times. Not because of COVID.

I paid $100 fir a service tech to come out to telll me nothing was wrong with my refrigerator, the outlet needed to be reset. Unacceptable, I would like a refund.

Doesn’t feel legitimate. Customer service is almost nonexistent. Don’t try calling, a person will never answer. We’ve requested service for a couple of issues, but the ‘companies’ assigned to us were impossible to contact. Finally we got one thing fixed. I don’t know why this company gets good reviews. It must be employees and their relatives, because this has been nothing but a night for us. I’m switching companies ASAP

We have been over 10 years with AHS and luckily we had not many need for service. But its a good insurance policy to have, so we thought. After taking our money (around a $1000 / year) for all these years, we recently had a few issues. A pool pump motor went bad. As it was the secondary pump, for the leaf filter system, AHS denied the claim. The AC had lost some Freon, not included (ok, that is known). Our last issue is just a ripoff.
